Mix well to make a marinade. 2. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and mix until the chicken is well coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. 3. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). 4. Place the chicken pieces on a greased baking tray. 5. Dot the chicken pieces with butter. 6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through. 7. Serve hot with chutneys, raita, and naan. Enjoy!
